Alice was raised in Bristol with her two brothers, Phillip and Anthony, by their mother Janet Evans who was a teacher, and their father David Evans who was a mathematician teaching applied mathematics at Bristol University – their grandfather was a coal miner.

She became interested in acting at the age of seven, when she started watching TV with Phillip, and subsequently appeared in several plays while attending high school, and was advised by her teachers to pursue a career in acting. Upon matriculation, she continued her education at University College, London where she continued acting and was also physically active playing soccer; she graduated with an undergraduate degree in French and Italian in 1993.

Alice then enrolled at Cours Florent, a private French acting school in Paris, and then launched her acting career.

Alice made her debut film appearance in the French movie “Une Pour Toutes” in 1999 in which she portrayed Macha Desachy, and in 2000 starred in the comedy movie “102 Dalmatians”. Some of her following roles were in “Ma Femme S’appelle Maurice” in 2001, “The Abduction Club” in 2002, and “Blackball” in 2003, before she starred in “Fascination” as Kelly Vance in 2004.

She and Ioan remained good friends as she had become engaged to Olivier in the same year, but they broke up several months later, and Alice began seeing Ioan. On 12 February 2007 while being the guest on “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”, Ioan explained how Alice had told him that they were either going to marry, or she would leave him, as they had been together for nearly seven years.

So, their wedding was held in Mexico on 14 September 2007 – Alice gave birth to their first daughter in 2009, while their second daughter followed in 2013. The family of four is living together in Los Angeles, California.

Ioan Gruffudd was born in Llwydcoed, Aberdare, Wales on 6 October 1973 – his zodiac sign is Libra and he holds British nationality. He is an actor who gained recognition after portraying Harold Lowe in the romantic film “Titanic” in 1997. Ioan was partly raised in Llwydcoed with a younger brother and a younger sister by their father Peter and mother Gillian who are both retired teachers. The family moved to Cardiff when he was six, where he studied at Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Aberdar and two other Welsh schools. He was interested in playing the oboe during his teen years, and was a member of the South Glamorgan Youth Orchestra for over five years, but eventually chose acting over music.

He launched his acting career when he was 13, when he appeared in the film “Austin”, before making his debut TV series appearance in “Pobol y Cwm” in 1987.
